It is one of the few XIX century spa Villas still respecting its original structure: gardens, small paths full of flowers, spa palace and hotels in style. The town is elegant and charming with Alpine-style houses and streets.

In the centre of the town you cand find the spas, well-known in medicine at international level for their therapeutic effectiveness thanks to the arsenical and ferruginous water, which is unique in Italy. The big Nordic-style park surrounds the Grand Hotel delle Terme in Liberty style, well-known in whole Europe and beyond since last century, because it was favoured by the Habsburg nobility.

Close to the town there is the blue and green lake with the same name and fjord shaped, ideal for angling, rowboats and leisure swims. Levico offers its guests health, good climate and spa well-being, outdoor sports and fun for guests in its hotels, camping sites by the lake and in flats, and also walks on the hills among castles and biotopes, or in the historical centre to discover ancient and precious craft products and the cuisine of the Trentino-South Tyrol Region.

At the back of Levico, at 1.500 m.a.s.l., there is the little village of Vetriolo, with hotels in the fir-tree forests close to the caves where thermal springs are. Above this, there is the Panarotta 2002 ski centre, easily reachable and well linked to the Valsugana Valley, to the Brennero motorway, and to the Veneto Region. Panarotta is the western access to the Lagorai chain and offers valleys, mountains, Alpine lakes, ‘baite’ (mountain huts), unspoilt nature ideal for escursions, mountain bike rides and for free flight.
